I’m an allied health professional, bringing a short course on kids’ sleep and breathing for mums (or primary caregiver) who have 3-5 year old children. Learn how to recognise breathing & sleep challenges that impact children’s health, development and school readiness. The course will be loaded with tips, so kids can thrive and mums can get their sleep too! Great sleep and breathing is super important for helping little people reach key developmental milestones and be ‘brain ready’ for school. Treat early, don’t wait!
