The government run Midwifery Postnatal Care Access Project are conducting a survey and are looking for women in Australia, who have had a baby(ies) in the past 5 years, to provide us with information about their first 2 weeks at home with their new baby(ies), especially about access to a midwife. How do I to take part? ———————————- Complete this 15 minute online survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/M6BR5R2 What is the Midwifery Postnatal Care Access Project? ———————————- The project seeks to answer the question about the availability of midwifery care at home up to 2 weeks after giving birth. It is one item of the National Maternity Services Plan 2010–2015. Why are we conducting the survey? ———————————- This survey is part of the implementation of the National Maternity Services Plan for the whole of Australia. You can view the plan at http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/Content/maternityservicesplan. The results of the survey will be used to improve maternity services in Australia and identify any gaps in those services. What will happen to my information? ———————————- They are not asking for your name and will keep your answers confidential (they are not linked to your email).
